Building Skills. Bridging Possibilities.

Compassionate, coordinated therapy for children and young adults

At Jacob & Bella’s Bridge, we provide individualized ABA, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for children and young adults from birth through age 23.

Our team looks beyond a diagnosis to understand the whole person: their strengths, communication, needs, preferences, relationships, and goals.

One Team. One Coordinated Approach.

Therapy should work together.

ABA providers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and families collaborate to create support that is individualized, practical, and meaningful.

Instead of treating communication, behavior, sensory needs, motor development, independence, and daily living skills as separate challenges, we look at how they connect in everyday life.

Our goal is to help each individual build skills that support greater communication, participation, confidence, independence, relationships, and quality of life.

Therapy Services Built Around the Individual

Every treatment plan is developed around the individual rather than a standardized program. Families are active partners throughout the process, helping identify priorities that matter at home, in the community, and in daily life.

Applied Behavior Analysis

Individualized, evidence-based support focused on meaningful skills for everyday life.

Occupational Therapy

Practical support for participating more independently and confidently in everyday activities.

Speech Therapy

Communication support within a coordinated care model. Speech-language professionals collaborate with families and the therapy team so goals are understood across disciplines and support remains consistent throughout care.

More Than Separate Therapy Sessions

Care that works together.

Families often find themselves coordinating appointments, treatment plans, recommendations, and communication between multiple providers. Jacob & Bella’s Bridge was created to provide a more connected approach.

Our interdisciplinary model brings ABA, occupational therapy, and speech therapy together so professionals can collaborate, share priorities, and help families create greater consistency across care. Strategies developed in one area can better support another and carry into everyday life.

Support Where Life Happens

Individual needs do not exist only inside a therapy room. Depending on the service and clinical need, care may be provided in settings where skills connect to real routines and relationships.

Our Clinic

A welcoming environment designed to support individualized and collaborative care.

Your Home

Helping individuals develop and practice meaningful skills within familiar routines and environments.

The Community

Supporting participation and independence in real-world situations.

Telehealth

Providing appropriate services, family collaboration, and support remotely when clinically appropriate.

Every Person Deserves to Be Seen as a Whole Person

Our care is grounded in dignity and respect, presuming competence, individualized care, family partnership, collaboration, and progress that matters beyond the therapy room.

Support for a Wide Range of Needs

We serve children and young adults with a variety of developmental and support needs, including individuals who may require a higher level of support.

We especially want families of nonspeaking and minimally speaking individuals to know that communication differences do not diminish competence, dignity, or potential.

Our team works to understand how each individual communicates and support greater participation, connection, independence, and opportunity.

A Place Built From Personal Experience

Jacob & Bella’s Bridge began with a family who understood firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate autism services.

Our founder spent nearly two decades as an elementary educator, but some of her most important lessons came from raising her daughter, Bella, who has autism, significant support needs, and complex communication challenges.

Navigating ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, education, and medical services revealed how exhausting it can be for families to coordinate multiple providers while making sure the person they love is truly understood.

Jacob & Bella’s Bridge was created to build something better. A place where professionals collaborate, families are heard, individuals are treated with dignity, and no family feels like they have to cross the bridge alone.

What Getting Started Looks Like

Finding the right therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when multiple services, insurance requirements, providers, evaluations, and treatment plans are involved. Our goal is to make that experience feel more connected from the first conversation onward.

1. Talk With Our Team

Tell us what your family is experiencing, what services you are seeking, and what questions you have.

2. We Help Navigate the Next Steps

We can help guide you through records, insurance benefit verification, required authorizations, evaluations, and intake.

3. Individualized Evaluations

The appropriate clinical disciplines evaluate the individual’s strengths, needs, and priorities.

4. Create a Coordinated Plan

Your family and care team identify meaningful goals and develop an individualized approach.

5. Begin Services

Services may take place in the clinic, home, community, or through telehealth when appropriate.

6. Review, Collaborate & Adjust

Goals and services are reviewed as needs change, with ongoing family communication and collaboration across the care team.

Families Shouldn’t Have to Navigate This Alone

Jacob & Bella’s Bridge is being built to expand access to coordinated autism and developmental therapy services for families in Sanger and surrounding North Texas communities.

We are especially committed to families who have experienced long waiting lists, limited access to providers, or the challenge of traveling to multiple locations for care.

Every person deserves the opportunity to communicate, participate, build relationships, develop greater independence, and be supported as the individual they are.
